Note: Make a Demand Draft of perscribed Application
Fee amount of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 750/- for Scheduled Caste Candidates) in favour of
Director,CDAC Mohali payable at Mohali.
1. Before applying online, the Demand Draft should be ready as per the
amount applicable for the category of the candidate as the Draft Number, Date
and Bank Name details are required to be entered in the form.
2. Fill out the form available on the site http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in by
clicking at the link "Punjab Water Supply And Sanitation Department".
3. The online application will be recieved up till 5:00PM of 20/01/2012.
4. Get the printout (2 copies) of the filled in form after the Registration
number is generated and send one copy of the form bearing the registration
number with self attested photograph along with original demand draft and
required documents at the following address : C-DAC, A-34, Industrial Area,
Phase 8, Mohali.
5. Only On-line registered application forms will be entertained i.e.
applications sent by post / in person will not be entertained. The registration
number generated in the form should be written at the back of the demand draft
along with the name of the candidate.
6. The fee draft and documents should reach C-DAC (complete address is to be
given) by 5:00PM of 03/02/2012 .
7. Candidates are advised to visit http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in website regularly for updates.
8. If by mistake the candidate has filled in wrong data, he/she can correct the data from
22nd December 2011 to 20th January 2012 up to 5:00 PM. By entering his/her registration number and password. Henceforth no editing will be done and thereafter data will be locked and no change will be acceptable/ allowed.
9. For any clarifications regarding the online filling of the form, the candidate can call at CDAC Mohali help-line numbers 0172-6619054-55 on all working days from 9:00 am to 5.30 pm.
10. Candidate will be responsible for any mistakes made by him/ her in the on line application form,
Punjab water supply and sanitataion department & C-DAC Mohali shall not be responsible or liable in any way.
11. The venue date and time of Test/counseling will be available on the website http://recruitment.cdacmohali.in Candidates will not be informed individually about the result and counseling schedule.
